September 30 Clovis, NM

We took our time driving from Las Vegas to Clovis, so that we could smell the roses.  Well, not roses especially, but do a little sight seeing.  We went to see a Billy the Kid's museum in Fort Sumner.  I would say that mostly it was just antiques and stuff in there.    After that we stopped by the Bosque Redondo Memorial.  I had never heard of that before, but the story is sad.  But the way we treated the Indians back then was mostly sad.  Billy the Kid's grave site is there also.
