It is so humid here. Sure makes it feel hotter. Jim worked in the trailer all day. He's about cooked to 'well done'.
We didn't go over to the ABC until after noon. They were expecting a big shipment of books from the Review. We needed some of those books, so we waited until they finished, so we wouldn't be in the way.
Mickey took us to a Mexican Restaurant for lunch. It was good food and we do enjoy visiting with Mickey.
We were able to get with Emery and Patty for supper. Emery was in the hospital last week with apparent food poisoning. They think it was from some of those Colorado cantaloupes. He was knocking on death's door. I'm so glad that no one let him in. So we were especially happy to see them tonight.
We had hoped to see Joe and Sherry while we were here too. Can you believe they went to Kansas?! Must have heard we were coming. (surely not!)
