The drive from Arizona up to Moab is so neat. These big old rock formations are everywhere Each one is neater than the last. But even with the interesting scenery, it felt like a long trip.
We did get here in time to have lunch at our Moab favorite restaurant, Pasta Jay's. The waitress started to tell us today's specials but I stopped her, telling her that we were vegetarian. She said all their red sauce had anchovies in it. YUCK!!! that makes me ill, thinking about all the times we had that sauce there. We ended up with a pasta dish with pesto.
What a sale tonight. We ended up more than doubling our sales from last time. That doesn't happen very often.
