Jim worked in the trailer this morning, so we didn't get on the road until about 1:00. The road to Alamosa is so pretty in the fall. The trees are really turning.
It takes half of forever getting up the mountain, when we can only get up to 25 mph. You'd think we'd get used to being slow.
We missed lunch. When we we got to Alamosa, we had an hour before our sale started. A couple people said that Wendy's was just around on the other side of the Church. We can't park at Wendy's usually, so we started walking. Just around the corner means different things when you drive verses when you walk. It took about 15 minutes of fast walking to get there. And maybe 20 minutes of not so fast walking to get back. But we were hungry and we do need exercise.
