As soon as we got up this morning, Jim went out to turn on the generator for the trailer. We don't have electricity here, so we needed to have the freezers on for a couple hours. We stopped by the truck on our way back from breakfast. The generator had quit. And Jim couldn't get it started again. We'll need to get that fixed Monday.
This morning Larry and Sandy Johnson came and picked us up from the motel and took us to Church with them. Then we went to their home and spend the Sabbath with them.
They moved to Idaho with the Press when we did in 1984. Our sons went to school together. We were in the Family Life Ministry together. Sandy and I were in Home and School and on the school board together. And when we went to Washington after they moved there, we would stay with them. They have been great friends for a very long time. We had a wonderful day with them. It made the Sabbath a very special day.
We had a sale at the Spanish Church tonight. It was suppose to go from 6:30 to 8:30. We got there around 6:00. We barely got out of there before 10:00. The people just kept coming and coming. It was a fantastic sale.
