Actually, I did pretty good, surgery at 11:00, home by 4:00. Once I left the hospital, I never took any pain pills. That's not to say that it didn't hurt. But I could live with it.
The next day I did three loads of laundry, from Campmeeting. But that's all I did.
It's amazing what a good doctor and hospital team can do now. Dr. Krueder is the best. He even glued the incision site, instead of sewing it. (that's how I do my mending too!)
And I got thank you notes from both the hospital and the doctor. They were really great.
I had my own private doctor at home............
