Home! How sweet it is. We started in Odgen, drove about an hour to a vendor and picked up lots of La-di-dolls to sell, especially at Campmeetings. After that we drove on to Twin Fall, ID for our evening sale.
No matter how early we get someplace, we usually have a customer or two that wants to buy NOW instead of later. We were two hours early.
We topped our goal for the three months by $1500. I like that. We weren't sure we had enough territory to sale that much product.
We drove the three hours home after our sale. We took the trailer to the Press and left it there. It's so much eariser to park it when there's not 50 cars in our way, or even one! We brought the truck home and actually got most of our stuff in the house. It's all over the front room, kitchen and bedroom. Then we spent at least an hour going through the mail. Half of that got trashed the first time through the pile.
It'll be nice to sleep on our own bed, even through it still has flannel sheets on it, from last February.
